Use this quick guide to program a new keyless key for your 2023 Mazda3 Axela using Keydiy KD-X4 key programmer.
What you’ll need:
- One working original key
- One new key
- One mobile phone
- KD-X4 device
The Process:
1.Start:
On KEYDIY KD-X4 key programmer, go to IMMO programming.
Pick: Mazda -> Select by vehicle -> Japan -> Mazda3 -> 2020 -> Smart Key -> Smart Key System. Tap “Start execution”.
2.Select “Add Key”:
Choose this to start the pairing sequence.
3.Connect:
Turn the ignition to “ON” (dashboard lights on) as prompted.
4.Backup:
Save the vehicle data when asked. Confirm it saved.
5.Wait for Beeps:
The car will honk twice to signal success.
6.Follow Steps:
Do what the screen says (e.g., press brake, hold new key to start button).
7.Check Count:
The screen will show 3 keys registered. Exit and turn ignition off.
8.Test Keys:
Start and stop the car with the original key, then with the new key. This is essential.
9.Final Test:
Check that both keys can lock/unlock the doors and start the engine.
Complete! Your new key is now ready to use.
