I cannot calculate data with Keydiy KD-MP MLB MQB48 tool because the system prompts them to “Finish user authentication,” even with existing accounts.

To resolve this, you must complete the user verification process within the KD App:
1.Open the KD App and navigate to the “ME” section.
2.Select “Certification”.
3.Follow the instructions to submit the required documents, which include a photo ID (both sides), business license, workshop name, and address.
